Delete Your Account

If you would like to delete your Chargerless account and associated data, follow the steps below or email us directly.

How to request account deletion

  1. Open the Chargerless app and go to Settings > Account.
  2. Tap Delete Account and confirm your request.
  3. Alternatively, send an email to team@chargerless.xyz with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your account.
  4. We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email once complete.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Your account profile and login credentials
  • Activity and health data (steps, heart rate, sleep, etc.)
  • Device pairing information
  • App preferences and settings

What data may be retained

Certain data may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

  • Order and transaction records — retained for up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance
  • Anonymized or aggregated analytics data — cannot be linked back to your account
  • Communications related to support requests — retained for up to 1 year after account deletion
