Delete Your Account
If you would like to delete your Chargerless account and associated data, follow the steps below or email us directly.
How to request account deletion
- Open the Chargerless app and go to Settings > Account.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm your request.
- Alternatively, send an email to team@chargerless.xyz with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your account.
- We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email once complete.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your account profile and login credentials
- Activity and health data (steps, heart rate, sleep, etc.)
- Device pairing information
- App preferences and settings
What data may be retained
Certain data may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:
- Order and transaction records — retained for up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance
- Anonymized or aggregated analytics data — cannot be linked back to your account
- Communications related to support requests — retained for up to 1 year after account deletion
